Mark spent most of his life in Las Vegas, Nevada where he attended UNLV. He graduated from SUNY with a BA in 1992. He
graduated from both Touro University in Henderson, Nevada and Rush University, Chicago, Illinois with a BSN, MSN, and Post
Masters Certificate in mental health and psychiatry. He has done training with the Beck Institute in Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He moved to Montana in 2015 and worked at the Billings Clinic for more than 5 years
where he treated people with mental health and addiction problems. He has practiced psychiatry since 2012. He has been happily married for 26 years and has two young adult children.
